About EP Arts
This site was created to showcase the diverse arts scene across the city of East Providence, and to provide a network and support for the artists and Creatives living and working here.
The East Providence Arts Council (EPAC) built and supports this site.
The city of East Providence is located in the East Bay of Rhode Island, just outside of Providence.
About EPAC
The East Providence Arts Council (EPAC) is a group of enthusiastic residents working together to create a thriving arts community in East Providence.
Our goals:
- Hosting a summer arts festival to showcase talented East Providence artists;
- Creating public art displays throughout the City;
- Creating a space for theatrical and dance performances within the City;
- Promoting the work of East Providence artists;
- Providing networking opportunities for East Providence artists;
- Working with city officials to showcase the arts as an economic driver for the City.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
The East Providence Arts Council’s mission is to create an arts community that is inclusive, diverse, and accessible to all the people of East Providence; to connect creatives to each other and the resources they need to succeed. And in so doing, enriching all the lives of those who live and work in the City.
